Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare the Courgettes: Slice the courgettes in half lengthwise and scoop out a little of the flesh using a spoon to create a small cavity for the filling. Reserve the scooped-out flesh for later use.
